Give Your Stuff Away Day!

Don't forget that tomorrow is Give Your Stuff Away Day! 


If your town is not participating and you can't physically give it away tomorrow, gather your unused and unwanted stuff, toss it in a box and put it in the trunk of your car so you can drop it off at the thrift store the next time you pass it. (Longest. sentence.ever.) 

Your unused and unwanted stuff could be just the thing to help a family who can't afford to buy new, or help raise money to help those less fortunate.


A few ideas-

• Give away as much as you can!

• May 12th is the 132nd day of the year, so try to give away 132 things

• Pick another number that has 
significance to you and aim for that

• Have each family member go through their things and offer a prize for whoever comes up with the most items to give away

• Do FlyLady's 27 fling boogie (Give yourself 15 minutes to go through the house and quickly select 27 things to give away.)
